New loan signing Zesh Rehman goes straight into Bradford City’s squad for the Bantams’ League Two clash at Bury.

The 25-year-old Pakistan international has not appeared for the Londoners this season, but made four appearances for Blackpool during a loan spell that expired on New Year’s Day.

He has been drafted in on loan until the end of the season to beef up Stuart McCall’s defence.

Bantams boss McCall has no new injury or suspension problems.

Winger Joe Colbeck was given a late run out against Luton following his recovery from a broken bone in his foot and might play a bigger role for the Bantams, as could midfielder Lee Bullock, who also stepped off the bench to make his first appearance since suffering cruciate ligament damage in September.

Bury manager Alan Knill is likely to name an unchanged team .First-choice goalkeeper Wayne Brown continues to be Knill’s only injury problem with the number one potentially out for a further two weeks after picking up a thigh problem against Wycombe at the beginning of January.

Efe Sodje is again likely to be confined to the bench as he struggles to force his way back into Knill’s starting XI with Ryan Cresswell and Ben Futcher forming a formidable central defensive partnership in recent weeks.

“Bradford will bring a big following and it’s a big game for them,” Knill told the club’s official website. “It was a close game at their place, we are a decent side and for us, it’s the next game.

“It doesn’t matter if its Bradford or Luton, it’s the next game, we just go about it in the same way.”
